The Bayswater Bridge Club (Inc) is a very friendly club affiliated with the Bridge Association of Western Australia and the Australian Bridge Federation. The club meets weekly for a duplicate bridge session on Mondays & Wednesdays, 12.15pm for 12.30pm start. Monday's session, while catering for players of all range abilities, also caters for less experienced players wanting to join the Club.

If you do not have a partner, we will attempt to find one for you (unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed) - please arrive early to the session and speak with the Director.

The club meets for bridge at the Bayswater Tennis Club, (first floor),80 Murray Street, Bayswater. It is situated on the South Western edge of the Frank Drago Reserve in between the Meltham and Bayswater Train Stations. The main carpark fronts Garret Road.

We often run classes for beginners and provide a friendly transition into the main bridge session. Ring Sandy on 0448 005 967 to enquire about lessons or for any more information.

Vaccination Requirement
The WA State Government has decided to remove most restrictions relating to double vaccination requirements and mask wearing. Whilst the club no longer requires its members or visitors to be vaccinated or wear a mask, the new guidelines from the WA state government state, masks are encouraged where physical distancing is not possible. Because it isnt possible for you to physically distance whilst at the bridge table, you are therefore encouraged to wear a mask whilst playing, to help protect your fellow members who may be in a vulnerable category.

Close contacts should not come to a session.

Under the new rules close contacts are no longer required to isolate, provided they wear a mask and have a daily negative RAT. However, the guidelines state that a close contact should still avoid high risk settings.
